By July 2, 2007 our Success-Portfolio Management Team of Invesco will be joined by a new partner: Constantia Privat Bank will take charge of the formal fund-administration of Pioneer Investments Austria, which from now on will exclusively take care of Success guaranteed.
What does this mean for our "flagships" Success relative and Success absolute? Well, concerning the current investment-decisions nothing will change, as Mr. Eric Tazé-Bernard as Chief Investment Officer of Invesco Paris will stay in charge of the portfolio.
The Constantia Privatbank (CPB) AG (Capital Investment Company and Depository Bank) working in the background from July on will ensure a faster execution of the share trade by insurance partners and private cliental. the management of Invesco will have a broader availability of a fund-universe and new graphic reporting tools will supply up-to-date and more efficient information regarding the portfolio-development.
Regarding the bank- The Constantia Privatbank AG with headquarter in Vienna combines the advantages of a traditional Private bank with the strength of a modern Investment bank. Special espertise of the bank´s subsidiary "CPB Kapitalanlage GmbH" is the area of emission and administration of Investment funds on behalf of other banks and financial services.
